Summary:
Yoga to Go For Kids! is a Yoga DVD led by a yoga instructor named Nancy Wile. The DVD has two sections. The first is a tips for parents and educators. It reminds parents and educators to be patient while children are learning yoga, and it also offers examples of how to children should correctly position their bodies during the poses. Wile also emphasizes the importance of having fun with yoga. The second section part of the DVD is a 30 minute yoga routine. Wile, accompanied by two young children, leads a routine by demonstrating poses and engaging the children by encouraging them to use their imagination during each pose.

Quantitative Review:
The DVD is for ages three through nine.

Qualitative Review:
The DVD has minimal complexity. The language is contemporary and familiar to children, especially the yoga poses that mainly consist of animals and things present in nature such as mountains and volcanoes. Only common cultural knowledge is needed to follow the DVD. There is no use of figurative language. The narrative structure is simple with just Wile talking and occasionally the children. The purpose of the DVD is obvious.  The register is casual with the conversations between Wile and the children sounding casual.
